Initial Submission Guidelines for EICT 2025 Authors
- All submitted papers must present original, unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions found to violate this rule will be rejected without review.
- All papers must strictly follow the IEEE double-column conference template. Templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX are available at the IEEE website: IEEE Templates.
- The maximum page limit is 4-6 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references.
- Initial Submissions must be double-blind; authors must not include their names, affiliations, or any identifying information in the manuscript.
- Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE’s scope and quality requirements.
- All manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the conference Submission Portal.
- Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection tools. Papers failing to meet ethical standards will be rejected.
- Multiple submissions of the same work to EICT 2025 and other venues are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to rejection and future disqualification.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper to ensure inclusion in the proceedings.
