2. Presentation Slides

Authors may use PowerPoint, PDF, or similar formats. Slides should include:

• Title, authors, and affiliations
• Background and motivation
• Methodology
• Results and key findings
• Conclusions and future work

All presentations must be delivered in English.

3. Physical (On-site) Presentations

Authors presenting on-site at KUET must:

• Arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts
• Report to the Session Chair for attendance confirmation
• Bring a copy of their presentation file on a USB drive
• Ensure the presentation is ready to display when called

Technical assistance will be available at all session venues.

4. Virtual (Online) Presentations

Virtual authors must complete all of the following requirements:

4.1 Live Presentation Requirement

• Join their assigned online session live
• Deliver the full 10-minute presentation
• Actively participate in the 5-minute Question and Answer session

This live participation is mandatory for IEEE authorship verification.

4.2 Mandatory Backup Video

• Maximum duration: 10 minutes
• The presenter’s face must be visible at all times
• Clear audio and readable slides
• File format: MP4
• The uploaded file name must be the Paper ID

5. Submission of Presentation Materials (All Authors)

All authors, regardless of presentation mode, must submit their materials using the following Google Form:

6. File Naming Rule

All files (presentation and, if applicable, video) must be named using the Paper ID only.

Link Requirements:

Authors must upload their files to Google Drive or another cloud service and submit the shareable link through the form. All links must be accessible without login using “Anyone with the link can view.”

Submission Deadline:

16 December 2025. Late submissions may compromise scheduling and IEEE publication eligibility.

7. Publication Requirement

To be eligible for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, authors must:

• Present their paper (physically or virtually)
• Participate in the full Question and Answer session

“No-show” papers will be excluded from IEEE Xplore.
