General Instructions
1.
The accepted papers must be prepared according to the following guidelines and
presented at the conference for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
2.
Submit your camera-ready paper through your
Microsoft CMT author portal
by
November 30, 2025.

Use the standard IEEE conference A4 (DOC or LaTeX)
template
.
Proofread (check typos, grammatical errors, and formatting) carefully.
4.
Address the reviewer(s) comments, if any.
5.
At this stage, the authors must include their names, affiliations, postal addresses,
and email addresses in the paper. Do not change the author’s name, number, or sequence;
such changes are strictly prohibited.
6.
Make sure that your paper is prepared following the IEEE template properly and that the
similarity index is < 30% (including bibliography), and no individual
source has more than 5% similarity.
7.
Strictly follow the Plagiarism and AI-generated content policies of IEEE.
8.
The page limit is 4–6 pages. Under any circumstances, do not exceed the
limit of 6 pages.
9.
Do not include any title with the author's name
(Prof. / Dr. / Mr. / Ms. / Mrs.).

IEEE PDF eXpress™
site.
2.
Login using the Conference ID (68394X) and your IEEE account
credentials. Create an IEEE account if you do not already have one.
3. Once you login:

Please remember that you can submit the IEEE electronic copyright form
only once. Once you submit, you cannot modify the file. Therefore,
be sure that there is no correction required in the IEEE electronic copyright form
before its final submission.
2.
Please go to the
Microsoft CMT author portal
to complete your IEEE electronic
copyright form. After submission, download and preserve the generated PDF file for
further use during the camera-ready submission (it will be uploaded as
PID_Copyright.pdf).

Login to the
Microsoft CMT author portal
and complete both
Camera Ready Submission and eCopyright Submission tasks for your
accepted paper.
2.
Prepare and upload the following camera-ready submission files to CMT.
Use your paper ID as PID in the file names.
Note: The maximum file size allowed for each uploaded file is 5 MB.
3. Also email the same set of files as a single ZIP archive named EICT2025_PID.zip to eict2025@kuet.ac.bd, writing “EICT2025 Camera_Ready PID” (where PID is your paper ID) as the subject line of the email.
